Child specialist!

A bed-time story was something which would take me into the fairy world with angels around me dancing to the melodious piano tunes and cute little buddies offering their love 'trou the most beautiful dolls. Most of my priceless childhood nights moved with a fairy and my precious teddy hugging me.I felt like alice in her own wonderland;without a salty tear pool but with all the furrry toys and gifts around me.
As i grew up as an angel , my days with fairy slowly faded away and I realised the reality creeping into myself. But I was still passionate about the faries and this time I wanted to give ear to a real fairy tale!!!But how could I ever get such a saga? I eventually expressed my wish to my fairy(my mama!) and I was surprised by her response! yes.... she thrilled me with this one!!!

"It was the day of celebration. The whole of the family had awaited for that wonderful day.... the day of her birth...the fairy's birthday!!!She had come into the world a year ago, with a husky cry, with her tiny fingers moving on air and her petit feet waving!!!Her parents were on cloud nine to see thier fairy on her first b'day!!!
It was the next dawn after the joyous celebrations as the first rays of the sun pierced into her browny dull eyes. She lay on her mother's shoulder with her fingers crossed. She seemed to be sick, with a slight shiver. Her illness was discovered and now she was covered with an yellow wollen sweater while her mother presumed that an "indigestion" might have led to her body weakness as usual moms do! She now landed in front of a three storied building which read "Dr.Meera Nair, M.B.B.S,M.D,D.G.O,child specialist." The cute little fairy was sorrounded by
stethoscope , surgical instruments and two nurses ready with needle and liquids. She was injected for fever and was prescribed a few costly medicines .
The fairy was fed with toincs for a couple of days after which she developed severe cold and caugh. Her body weakened day by day and now it was her second visit to the clinic.Dr.Meera declared that the medicines had caused side effects and this time she would try a milder dosage! The ill fairy went along with the milder drugs for about a week. The cold had now completly lost it's way....bush!!!!....but had guided it's good friend, which infected the fairy's throat! She was unable to cry or murmer! Her third visit to the three storied was obvious. The doctor asked the fairy's mom to perform severel tests and claimed that this it might be a peculiar kinda disease which she might have not treated so far!
The annoyed mother returned to her fairy's place with a burning face. She was puzzled and was almost in a confused state unable to cry or laugh.
One of the fairy's neighbours who came to know her problem offered to check her completly. He was a bald headed siddha specialist, who had crossed his eightees. He was specially called "vaithy" in his sorroundings. He gave a soft touch on the baby fairy's hand and examined it for a few seconds. He then got into his home ,mixed a few herbs and mashed them well.He handed it over to the mom and asked her to give the medicine thrice a day after food for just a score of days.
Woof!!! What a surprise! The following morning our fairy's face was crystal clear. She was spreading fragrance to the whole area by her most beautiful smile!Astonished mom on enquiring viathy learnt that the child had been affected just by "milk alergy"!

Well, was this the peculiar disease claimed by the child specialist???"

P.S:Should I also mention that I was the fairy and my neighbour was vaithy?

The holy marriage

Long ago farmers of the east faced the problem of water scarcity. The godess of rain hardly opened her arms of priceless shower. The farmers prayed to the godess with full of dedication. But a few of the spiritualists of a region had a peculiar belief. They believed that the rain angel would grant them the gift if they got two donkeys married!!!So they decided to put forward their suggestion to the ruler of the region.
The people and the ruler agreed to the suggestion of the spiritualists and they joined hands to perform the holy marriage!!!.Donkeys from different areas were bought.Five of the donkey experts analysed the donkeys.Male donkeys were allowed to carry loads .The height and weight of the donkeys had to be submitted by the donkey owners. The female donkeys were tested for their external appearance and voice.Three the best male donkeys and five best female donkeys were selected. Each of the donkeys were paired one by one with female donkeys. Finally the best pair was selected.
A group of ten astrology experts were formed to fix a date for the holy marriage. After analysing the birth dates of the donkeys, their star and constellation the group fixed a day.A head was appointed for each area to take care of the contributions of the people of that area.Grand arrangements were made.People prepared themselves to attend the marriage.
The day arrived.A gigantic statue of the rain godess was placed in the middle. The female donkey was dressed in a sun red shawl with silver lining and the male donkey was covered with a brown cloth and a blakish hat.The donkeys were bought in front of the the statue. The singers were uniformly dressed and were ready for the carrol. The ruler, minister and the spiritualists occupied their seats.People were eagerly waiting to watch the spectacular happenings with the few of them at the corner of their seats.
One amoung the spectators was the minister's wife. She was dressed in a simple cloud blue dress that she stole the show with her simplicity. Her face reflected her religious background. She was a women of virtues and that she considered the donkeys marrying each other was just a superstitious belief etched in the minds of the mass.
